Yearly High Points  
Yearly High Points shall be figured as follows:
1^st = 10, 2^nd = 9, 3^rd = 8, 4^th = 7, 5^th = 6, 6^th = 5, 7^th =4, 8^th=3, 9^th = 2, 10^th =1

RED= NOT QUALIFIED
YELLOW= ABLE TO QUALIFY
GREEN=QUALIFIED
